Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a committed and dependable full-time Automotive Detailer to join our Sioux Falls, SD location at 1901 W 12th St. This role involves meticulous cleaning and preparation of a diverse fleet including cars, trucks, and vans to meet the highest industry cleanliness and safety standards. The position offers an hourly wage of $16 based on a standard 40-hour week, with opportunities for a raise after six months contingent on performance.

Work Schedule

• Sunday: Off
• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (alternating weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors following standardized protocols
• Perform exterior washing, cleaning, and drying on various vehicle sizes including vans and trucks
• Conduct fuel level checks and inspect warning lights, windshield condition, and reset vehicle settings to remove previous customer data
• Locate and secure customer items, verifying registration against license plates
• Monitor and replenish fluid levels; evaluate tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle for exterior damage and safety issues, reporting concerns and removing vehicles from processing when necessary
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, promptly reporting any hazardous conditions
• Operate cleaning equipment such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to eliminate stains, odors, and pet hair
• Assist customers when necessary and provide transportation to and from branches as needed
• Support site maintenance including general cleaning duties inside and outside the branch premises
• Engage in regular self-improvement through skill development and training
• Ensure dependable attendance and punctuality
• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years
• No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past five years
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future
