Company Overview
A well-established Electric Vehicle (EV) Automobile Trading Company based in Kathmandu, Nepal, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their team and contribute to the dynamic EV market in Nepal.
Role Summary
The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance across passenger and commercial EV segments, handling both B2C and B2B clients, and promoting EV product offerings effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives for passenger and commercial electric vehicles.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both retail and corporate sectors.
- Manage client relationships including corporate accounts, fleet operators, and individual customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations, organize test drives, and conduct follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and showroom teams for generating and converting leads.
- Keep abreast of market conditions, competitor actions, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Between 2 to 5 or more years of sales experience, preferably in automobile or EV industries.
- Strong abilities in sales negotiation, closing deals, and communication in English and Nepali.
- Experienced in managing both retail and corporate client accounts.
- Target-driven with evidence of consistent sales achievements.
- Excellent presentation and client management capabilities.
Desirable Skills and Credentials:
- Prior experience in automobile, EV, or commercial vehicle sales.
- Familiarity with fleet, project-based, or institutional sales processes.
- Possession of a four-wheeler driving license is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting is preferred.
