Little Harvard Childcare is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Crèche Manager to join our team at the Clondalkin location in South Dublin. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager in delivering outstanding care and educational experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of committed early childhood educators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including Tusla, ECCE, and other relevant standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling rosters, conducting audits, and planning curriculum activities.
• Confidently assume leadership responsibilities as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education; Level 7 or higher is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior educator role within childcare.
• In-depth knowledge of Aistear, Síolta frameworks, and early years best practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.
