About the Role
Little Harvard Childcare is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Crèche Manager to join our team at the Clondalkin location in South Dublin. This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to actively contribute to the daily management and success of our early years centre. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in delivering outstanding care and educational experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of committed early childhood educators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including Tusla, ECCE, and other relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling rosters, conducting audits, and planning curriculum activities.
- Confidently assume leadership responsibilities as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education; Level 7 or higher is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior educator role within childcare.
- In-depth knowledge of Aistear, Síolta frameworks, and early years best practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.
