Role Overview

The Assistant Business Manager acts as a key brand ambassador embodying Charlotte Tilbury’s values. You will passionately drive sales results and motivate your team to perform at their best while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. Working closely alongside the Business Manager, you will support the smooth operation of the counter and empower your team towards collective success.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass financial targets and key performance indicators within the store.
• Assist in setting sales objectives and communicating goals to the retail team to ensure delivery.
• Bring entrepreneurial energy and deep brand knowledge to enhance sales performance.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and experiences.
• Coach team members to meet and exceed the company’s standards of service and beauty artistry.
• Leverage opportunities beyond the store floor to grow customer relationships and marketing outreach.
• Develop and manage individual and team growth plans with ongoing feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere through meetings and shared leadership.
• Proactively propose initiatives, events, and campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Ensure the visual presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene of the counter meet impeccable standards.
• Maintain personal and team grooming standards, inspiring confidence and professionalism.

• Report directly to the Business Manager.
• Collaborate with the broader retail team to deliver brand excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in retail management.
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for the beauty sector.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience managing and developing people.
• Ability to plan strategically and support business goals.
