Key Responsibilities

• Focus extensively on operational excellence across assigned cities, primarily through onboarding and training new partners and enhancing the quality of existing ones, making this a highly operations-centric role.
• Lead and manage major central growth initiatives within the category, including projects to enhance quality and service standards as well as innovation in offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of plans.
• Own the business segment entrusted to you with significant influence on its development and success.

Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving projects, demonstrating strong ability to influence and guide others.
• Have a mindset valuing both intelligence and diligence in building excellent outcomes.
