Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner to keep our communities maintained, clean, and sanitized. This role suits individuals who have strong attention to detail, take pride in their work, can perform well independently, and also contribute effectively to a team environment.

Work Locations

• Broadway Centre, Downtown Calgary
• Patrician Village, Northwest Calgary

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, amenity spaces, and other common areas
• Perform cleaning of vacant suites and provide suite touch-ups
• Collect garbage both indoors and outdoors
• Assist with snow removal and minor touch-up painting tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is functional and properly maintained
• Undertake other site duties and support other locations as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English
• Comfort with using technology is considered beneficial

Physical & Other Requirements

• Capability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects for up to eight hours daily
• Ability to handle weights up to 90 kilograms using proper equipment
• Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service
• Effective time-management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work

Additional Criteria

• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Ownership of a reliable personal vehicle
