- Define and monitor key scrum metrics including sprint velocity forecasts and actuals, story completion rates, defect leakage trends, and feature adoption reports for leadership.
- Conduct structured reviews post-sprint to assess value delivered, ROI achieved, and issue resolution; communicate outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
- Develop human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows that balance AI automation with human review and collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards monitoring cycle times, error rates, campaign revenue uplift, and digital engagement.
- Track return on investment at both sprint and feature release levels.

- Facilitate affinity mapping and detailed problem decomposition sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally among Engineering, Data & Analytics, UX/UI, and business teams to align strategy with execution, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality stories at optimal team capacity.
- Serve as the main point of accountability connecting product vision and sprint delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Between 3 to 7 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management roles.
- Background in Retail, eCommerce, Promotions, or Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms.
- Expertise in defining KPIs and tracking sprint-level ROI effectively.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard platforms.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in affinity mapping, user story decomposition, writing acceptance criteria, and establishing definitions of done.
- Experience with backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong ability to translate technical details into business language and manage stakeholder relationships with significant influence.
