Account Coordinator - Customer Fulfillment

The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in managing order processing, collaborating with commercial teams and supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous enhancements in customer fulfillment systems and operational procedures.
• Oversee customer order management and promptly resolve related issues.
• Maintain an accurate order book, complying with the Order Efficiency Framework guidelines.
• Manage accurate data entry and produce reliable fulfillment reports.
• Spot opportunities and suggest improvements to streamline fulfillment processes.
• Adhere to organizational quality, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to elevate service standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar domains with a minimum of 1 year in customer service roles.
• Proficient with relevant software tools including SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills, particularly with functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities including root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated capability in project management and prioritizing workload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, capable of verbal, written, and presentation formats.
