About the Role
This is a founding role for Plaud’s Singapore office focused on shaping how employees experience the workplace every day. The position combines culture-building and engagement with hands-on office operations, ensuring both the people side and the operational side of the office run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run employee experience initiatives, workplace engagement activities, and cultural programs that help make the Singapore office an enjoyable place to work.
- Organize company events from start to finish, including team outings, celebrations, office open days, and other culture-focused moments.
- Support onboarding experiences and other employee touchpoints so they reflect the organization’s values and working style.
- Oversee daily office operations, manage vendors, and coordinate facilities to maintain a professional and well-functioning workplace.
- Handle executive assistance tasks, visiting guests, and other workplace requirements with discretion and a high level of professionalism.
What the Role Requires
- At least 3 years of experience in employee experience, workplace operations, or office management, ideally in a technology or fast-moving environment.
- Strong enthusiasm for people, workplace culture, and building environments where teams can do their best work.
- Proven ability to independently plan and deliver employee events or engagement programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and warmly across all levels of the organization.
- A self-starting, ownership-oriented approach, with comfort working in a highly unstructured environment from the beginning.
