Bicarakan.id is the largest psychological consultation platform in Indonesia, dedicated to offering high-quality counseling, assessment, and psychotherapy services to the Indonesian community.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Admin) who will serve as a frontline ambassador for Bicarakan.id, delivering a warm, professional, and trustworthy service experience. This is a full-time position with 100% remote work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with Bicarakan.id psychologists concerning session scheduling.
- Provide support to prospective and current clients through chat and various communication channels.
- Ensure all administrative and operational tasks related to service delivery are organized, precise, and timely.
- Maintain positive relationships with both clients and psychologists through friendly, empathetic, and professional interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to uphold the quality of Bicarakan.id services.
Qualifications
- Minimum education completed is high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to assist others.
- Interest or basic understanding of psychology and counseling is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
- Possess a personal, functioning laptop and reliable internet connection to support working from home.
