Bicarakan.id is the largest psychological consultation platform in Indonesia, dedicated to offering high-quality counseling, assessment, and psychotherapy services to the Indonesian community.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Admin) who will serve as a frontline ambassador for Bicarakan.id, delivering a warm, professional, and trustworthy service experience. This is a full-time position with 100% remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with Bicarakan.id psychologists concerning session scheduling.
Provide support to prospective and current clients through chat and various communication channels.
Ensure all administrative and operational tasks related to service delivery are organized, precise, and timely.
Maintain positive relationships with both clients and psychologists through friendly, empathetic, and professional interactions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to uphold the quality of Bicarakan.id services.

Qualifications

Minimum education completed is high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to assist others.
Interest or basic understanding of psychology and counseling is preferred.
Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
Possess a personal, functioning laptop and reliable internet connection to support working from home.
