UX/UI Designer - Multidisciplinary Design Expert (Remote Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled multidisciplinary design expert to join us on a contract basis. This remote opportunity offers a flexible commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $64. The designer will play a vital role in reviewing and enhancing design interview content, specifically focusing on visual and UX/UI aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate and refine design interview materials to improve their visual appeal and user experience.
• Analyze AI-generated design content for quality, usability, and adherence to current design standards.
• Provide constructive and actionable feedback aimed at optimizing layout, hierarchy, and user engagement.
• Partner with AI training teams to ensure design outputs align with the latest industry best practices.
• Apply deep design expertise to enhance AI tools and support their continual advancement.
• Advocate for user-centered design methodologies and maintain branding consistency across all evaluated content.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven multidisciplinary design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Robust understanding of typography, layouts, and visual design fundamentals.
• High proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design workflows.
• Ability to evaluate and develop branding and visual identity elements effectively.
