About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Life Insurance Advisors (Agents).
• Providing training, guidance, and motivation to agents to generate business effectively.
• Ensuring active promotion and sale of Life Insurance policies by the agency team.
• Driving achievement of sales targets through team management.
• Monitoring the team's performance and offering ongoing field support.
• Cultivating lasting professional relationships with agents.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed on-roll salary.
