Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential customers by telephone to introduce and clarify loan products available.
• Answer incoming queries related to personal, business, and home loans.
• Identify prospective clients and encourage them to proceed with loan applications.
• Maintain and update comprehensive records of customer interactions and call logs.
• Follow up with interested applicants to assist with documentation and progress the approval process.
• Collaborate with sales and processing teams to ensure smooth loan approval workflows.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly call volume targets for outreach and follow-ups.

Skills and Qualifications

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 19,000.
