Aditya Realty invites enthusiastic and confident individuals to join their real estate sales team as Telecallers. The role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients, explaining property details, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calling to generate and nurture potential customer leads.
• Provide clear explanations of real estate projects, offers, pricing, and related information.
• Assess client needs to suggest appropriate property options.
• Engage interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp for ongoing communication.
• Maintain comprehensive lead records and conduct regular follow-ups using CRM software.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate logistics with the sales team.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and calling goals.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with potential clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Comfortable with making outbound sales calls.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
• Open to freshers; prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is advantageous.
• A positive mindset, confidence, and strong motivation to meet targets.
