Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain trusted long-term relationships with key telecom operator accounts.
- Lead and manage commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract renewal discussions, to secure advantageous agreements.
- Act as the primary commercial liaison for telecom partners, handling communications, issue escalations, and service updates.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, technical support, and other teams to ensure successful service delivery and fulfillment of partner expectations.
- Conduct and present Quarterly Business Reviews that showcase delivered value and identify new growth prospects.
- Analyze telecom usage and performance metrics to recommend optimization strategies and aid business development efforts.
- Oversee billing queries and disputes, collaborating internally to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Manage the onboarding and deployment processes for new services, ensuring seamless commercial and operational transitions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market pricing by working with Business Analysts to maintain competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strengths in negotiation and relationship management with a strong commercial focus.
- Proficient data analysis skills and experience converting insights into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
