Job Overview
JNB Bearings Private Limited is seeking to hire a Telecalling and Sales Support Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves interacting with existing customers regarding their bearing product needs and providing sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact current customers to discuss and identify their requirements for bearings.
- Manage customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications.
- Generate and dispatch quotations to customers accurately and timely.
- Follow up on sent quotations with the aim of converting them into confirmed orders.
- Liaise with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order handling and processing.
- Maintain updated customer records and follow-up actions within Zoho CRM software.
- Support basic digital marketing efforts utilizing platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Canva for promotional activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal communication abilities in Tamil and English languages; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is advantageous.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer operations, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
- Prior experience or knowledge of Zoho CRM is beneficial.
- Positive mindset along with eagerness to acquire new skills.
