Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team at Gogenx Infratech LLP in Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and supporting the sales cycle through effective communication and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce and market current residential and commercial real estate projects and investment options.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs, detail property characteristics such as location, features, and size, and recommend appropriate options.
- Arrange and manage appointments for property tours or online meetings with senior sales staff or agents.
- Maintain meticulous records by updating customer information and lead statuses in the CRM software regularly.
- Conduct consistent follow-up calls to maintain interest, overcome client hesitations, and facilitate the property purchasing journey.
