Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team at Gogenx Infratech LLP in Delhi-NCR. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and supporting the sales cycle through effective communication and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce and market current residential and commercial real estate projects and investment options.
Engage with clients to assess their needs, detail property characteristics such as location, features, and size, and recommend appropriate options.
Arrange and manage appointments for property tours or online meetings with senior sales staff or agents.
Maintain meticulous records by updating customer information and lead statuses in the CRM software regularly.
Conduct consistent follow-up calls to maintain interest, overcome client hesitations, and facilitate the property purchasing journey.
