Role Overview
This position involves delivering technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat, focusing on software-related issues. The engineer will address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with software product issues using multiple communication channels.
- Diagnose and solve customer problems promptly and courteously.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for repeated technical challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions within CRM systems to facilitate tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience ranging from approximately 10 to 18 months in international technical support or allied positions.
- Excellent English communication capabilities, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise including usage of ticketing systems and applying root cause analysis to resolve typical software issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates holding degrees such as B.C.A., B.Com, B.Tech/B.E., B.A., or B.B.A./B.M.S. in any specialization are eligible to apply.
