Job Summary

We seek a capable IT Support Specialist tasked with overseeing and maintaining all technological assets, including WiFi networks, computers, and CCTV surveillance systems. The role demands ensuring uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure along with prompt resolution of technical problems.

Primary Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and administer WiFi networks and associated routers.
Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity difficulties to guarantee consistent network stability.
Oversee upkeep and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Perform installations and updates of software, alongside antivirus management.
Supervise CCTV camera functions, including recording processes and data storage.
Detect and repair software and hardware faults.
Liaise with external IT service providers as required.
Keep comprehensive records of IT inventory such as devices, cables, and network components.
Uphold data security protocols and maintain system backups.
Offer technical assistance to employees and residents when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Fundamental to moderate expertise in networking concepts including WiFi, routers, and local area networks.
Competence in diagnosing hardware and software issues.
Understanding of surveillance technology and CCTV system maintenance.
Effective problem-solving abilities and responsiveness.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, printers, and networking utilities.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Experience and Other Criteria

Preferred experience between 1 and 3 years; however, candidates with strong knowledge but no experience may apply.
Dependable and proactive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to provide urgent technical support when necessary.

Compensation and Work Details

The remuneration offered ranges from 20000 to 25000 INR per month. The position is based in Delhi-NCR and requires onsite presence.

IT Support Specialist
