Role overview
This position is focused on supporting application solutions at the module level. The role involves reviewing code, building repeatable patterns for replication, investigating recurring defects through root-cause analysis, and working closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver stable, well-documented outputs aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
The selected professional will contribute across requirement gathering, solution design, coding review, implementation support, and issue resolution for assigned modules.
- Collect and document requirements for specific modules in a clear and structured manner.
- Work across connected business processes to understand dependencies, interfaces, and change impacts.
- Support the development of module-level solution designs under the direction of the Project Manager, ensuring fit with business needs and technical standards.
- Examine developed code, answer technical queries from the team, and establish consistent replication patterns so that outputs remain aligned with project guidelines.
- Coordinate with project managers throughout the software development life cycle.
- Investigate root causes behind repeated technical issues and troubleshoot them effectively.
- Update software code to fix defects, accommodate new hardware or software, improve performance, and refresh interfaces where needed.
- Partner with technical teams to validate configurations, assist with integrating new applications, and manage dependencies during rollout.
- Prepare user training material and supporting frameworks to help adoption and reduce transition risks.
Requirements
Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience and hands-on knowledge of CADTools. The role calls for strong analytical ability, code review skills, troubleshooting expertise, and experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
