Role overview
This position is focused on driving module-level application solutions by reviewing code, building repeatable patterns, investigating recurring defects, and coordinating closely with internal and external teams to deliver stable outcomes that align with business goals.
Key responsibilities
The role involves work across requirements, design, development, and implementation for a specific module, with an emphasis on documentation, technical quality, issue resolution, and smooth deployment support.
Requirements gathering
- Collect detailed requirements for the assigned module and convert them into clear, organized documentation.
- Work across different business processes to identify dependencies, connections, and the changes needed to support the solution.
Solution design
- Support the creation of application solution designs for the module under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Ensure the proposed design fits business needs and follows technical standards.
Coding and configuration
- Review code developed for the module and help resolve technical questions raised by the team.
- Create consistent replication patterns so the solution remains aligned with project expectations.
- Work with project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze root causes of repeated technical problems and troubleshoot them effectively.
- Update software code to fix defects, accommodate new hardware or software, improve performance, and refresh interfaces where needed.
Implementation support
- Coordinate with technical teams to verify configurations and support the integration of new applications.
- Manage deployment dependencies and help reduce transition risks during rollout.
- Prepare user training materials and supporting frameworks to help end users adopt the new application smoothly.
