Job Overview

Deliciae by Bunty Mahajan is seeking enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join their Bangalore cafe as full-time Team Members. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with orders, serving cakes and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and assist with their orders both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately input orders into the computer billing system and handle payments.
• Recommend cakes, desserts, and drinks to customers to enhance their experience.
• Prepare teas and coffees; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Serve food and drinks with care and attention to presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area.
• Restock items as needed and support daily operational tasks.
• Address customer questions courteously and resolve basic issues.
• Assist with special and customized orders following guidance.
• Record petty cash usage and daily cash sales accurately.
• Take specialized 3D and other unique orders with proper training.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• A friendly demeanor and ability to engage well with customers.
• Fundamental computer skills, including typing and billing software usage.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to accept feedback and learn.
• Present a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Previous experience in food service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
