About the Role
Are you passionate about retail and eager to sell vibrant, sought-after watches? If terms like Customer Journey, Visual Merchandising, and Storytelling spark your creativity and excitement, then embark on an exciting adventure with Swatch & Flik Flak at our Berlin KaDeWe store. This is a full-time position initially limited to one year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer consultations and sell current watch trends with enthusiasm.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by expertly telling the story behind our watches, sharing your knowledge with customers.
- Manage daily tasks including cash register closing, handling customer complaints and orders.
- Implement guidelines from the head office to maintain the store’s optimal appearance.
Candidate Profile
- You bring previous experience in retail or a related field involving lifestyle products.
- Your customer-focused approach combined with structured, organized work habits ensures smooth operations.
- Enjoy working within a committed team and are comfortable with typical retail working hours.
- You stay updated on current trends and enjoy learning about new market developments.
- You possess excellent German and English communication skills.
