Overview

Greene King Brewery's Venture Hotels arm is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage and inspire their team at the Manor Hotel in Yeovil. This full-time, permanent position requires leading by example to ensure smooth shift operations, maintaining superior standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the team to ensure efficient shift workflows.
• Maintain high operational and service standards.
• Deputize for management staff and handle issues during their absence.
• Ensure safety, legal compliance, and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and deliver a memorable experience upon each visit.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in beverage service quality.
• Exemplary role model in customer service and team conduct.
• Adaptability and quick decision-making skills under busy conditions.
