Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader for Manufacturing to join our team in Sangerhausen. This role entails ensuring products, projects, and manufacturing orders are completed on time and meet quality standards. The Team Leader will manage and coordinate a team of employees, acting as the key liaison for project managers and collaborating with segment management on organizational matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the manufacturing team professionally and operationally.
• Ensure timely and quality-compliant execution of products and projects.
• Serve as primary contact for project leaders within the area.
• Coordinate cross-functional organizational issues with segment leadership.
• Plan team member allocation and approve leave and time off requests.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed vocational training in an electrical profession with several years of experience.
• Initial leadership experience is required.
• Good command of English at B2 level.
