Job Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Banking Sales Executive to become a part of our expanding team at Airtel Payments Bank in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the banking industry, with a keen ability to attract new clients and foster business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to industrial zones, business centers, and commercial establishments to identify and generate leads.
- Engage in acquiring new customers for various banking products and services.
- Facilitate the opening of Salary Accounts, Savings Accounts, and sourcing of Debit Cards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for account acquisition.
- Support the organization's overall business growth and contribute to revenue enhancement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of two years' experience within the banking sector.
- Preferably experienced in account opening procedures.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with effective sales skills.
