Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team full-time, working remotely from anywhere. The primary responsibility is managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. This role plays a critical part in identifying and attracting top talent across various departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural compatibility.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Keep precise records of candidate interactions and recruitment performance metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and refine job descriptions accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, and placement processes.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions concurrently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and expertise in Boolean search methodologies.
