Role Overview
This position is for a Customer Success Manager who will work remotely, focusing on evaluating and training AI language models. The role is part-time, flexible, and performed entirely from home. Candidates with professional language expertise such as writers, teachers, translators, tutors, linguists, or language specialists are highly suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated text for factors including quality, accuracy, and fluency.
- Create brief prompts and inventive responses to aid AI training.
- Rank and compare different AI content using specific evaluation criteria.
- Provide clear, written feedback regarding language quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both your native language and English.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in humanities, language, or writing-related disciplines.
- Professional background in language-related roles, such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines.
- Additional experience in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content evaluation is advantageous.
Compensation and Work Details
- Compensation of up to 29 USD per hour, with payments issued on a weekly basis.
- Fully remote employment allowing work from any location.
