Role Overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on delivering a seamless hiring experience while partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle and uphold strong stakeholder relationships.
- Engage in proactive candidate sourcing using methods including Boolean search techniques, networking events, referrals, and online job boards.
- Maintain and grow presence on professional social media and job platforms.
- Analyze recruitment data to report outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Oversee the offer process and all associated recruitment activities for assigned roles.
- Coordinate scheduling, interviews, and recruitment administration tasks efficiently.
- Ensure consistency throughout the hiring process from selection to final approval.
- Participate in recruitment-focused projects and manage the internal employee referral program.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide exemplary recruitment service.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in recruitment, preferably within retail, wholesale, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proven understanding and practical application of recruitment and human resources principles.
- Ability to adapt fluidly, manage shifting priorities, and demonstrate resilience.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities coupled with administrative proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
