Role Overview

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on delivering a seamless hiring experience while partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle and uphold strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Engage in proactive candidate sourcing using methods including Boolean search techniques, networking events, referrals, and online job boards.
  • Maintain and grow presence on professional social media and job platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment data to report outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Oversee the offer process and all associated recruitment activities for assigned roles.
  • Coordinate scheduling, interviews, and recruitment administration tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency throughout the hiring process from selection to final approval.
  • Participate in recruitment-focused projects and manage the internal employee referral program.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide exemplary recruitment service.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of three years' experience in recruitment, preferably within retail, wholesale, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Proven understanding and practical application of recruitment and human resources principles.
  • Ability to adapt fluidly, manage shifting priorities, and demonstrate resilience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities coupled with administrative proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
