Role overview
An internet-focused organisation in Singapore is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a one-year engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Handle sourcing across multiple complex searches and identify high-potential talent at different levels.
- Run screening conversations as an initial step to assess candidate quality.
- Develop and test new sourcing approaches, launch improvement initiatives, and refine existing processes to strengthen recruitment efficiency with guidance from Talent Acquisition partners.
