Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role

Doodle, a leading B2B SaaS platform with millions of users coordinating team meetings and collaboration worldwide, is expanding beyond scheduling into broader productivity solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the recruitment cycle end-to-end and support our rapid scaling across multiple departments including engineering, product, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from job intake through hiring and offer closure in engineering, product, and commercial areas.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking and relationship building before roles are advertised.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs in engineering, sales, and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and maintain high hiring standards with an efficient process.
• Ensure every candidate experiences a transparent, respectful recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome.
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) operations, including pipeline hygiene and recruitment metrics reporting.
• Work with People Operations to manage offer processes and secure candidate acceptances.

Additional Contributions

• Support employer branding initiatives alongside marketing to enhance the company's recruitment presence and careers page appeal.
• Maintain engagement with talent pools and nurture relationships with potential future hires.
• Represent Doodle at professional networking events and meetups to attract talent in person.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and structured hiring methodologies.
• Provide leadership with clear insights on recruitment pipeline and progress through reporting.
• Identify and propose improvements to streamline recruitment processes continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house or agency within tech or SaaS sectors.
• Established network within the tech/SaaS industry, notably in engineering, with the capability to directly connect with top talent.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and AI-powered tools, with a proactive sourcing approach.
• Solid understanding of SaaS company structures, comfortable recruiting for technical (backend, frontend, data), product, design, sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
• Ability to manage numerous open roles simultaneously and ownership mentality towards recruitment outcomes.
• Communication style that is straightforward and prompt with feedback.
• Fluent in English; German language skills considered an advantage.
• Residency and legal work rights in London or Berlin mandatory as the position is onsite in Berlin, Germany.
