Job Overview
We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner passionate about recruiting exceptional talent to join our growing team. You will independently manage recruitment cycles end to end, sourcing and securing candidates primarily across engineering, product, and commercial functions. Your proactive approach will help identify and attract those top-tier professionals before roles are even advertised, driving the future growth of Doodle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment process from requirement intake to offer acceptance across diverse business areas.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through your extensive network and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, particularly in engineering, sales, and product.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job profiles, establish quality standards, and ensure a streamlined hiring workflow.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate journey that leaves a positive lasting impression regardless of outcome.
- Oversee applicant tracking system data hygiene and reporting on key hiring metrics like time to fill and quality of hire.
- Lead offer negotiations in partnership with People Operations to secure top candidates.
Additional Contributions
- Support employer branding initiatives working with marketing to enhance Doodle’s visibility and attract ideal candidates.
- Maintain engagement within talent pools to ensure readiness when new roles open.
- Represent Doodle at professional networking events to build relationships and increase talent awareness.
- Provide training to hiring managers on interview techniques and structured recruitment practices.
- Continuously analyze hiring processes and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Deliver transparent and insightful hiring pipeline reports to leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within tech or SaaS environments, either in-house or agency.
- Established network in tech or SaaS sectors, with particular strength in engineering talent.
- Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business roles covering engineering (backend, frontend, data), product, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Energetic and capable of managing busy recruitment pipelines efficiently and independently.
- Direct communicator, offering timely and constructive feedback to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Located in London or Berlin with legal entitlement to work; visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is not provided.
