Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain and operations activities in Dubai, with a strong focus on order management, warehouse coordination, tax accuracy, and cross-border logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales order processing and post sales invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a high level of accuracy and timeliness across all regions.

  • Track order-to-delivery timelines and identify or remove delays and other bottlenecks across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Finance to match and reconcile inventory records, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.
