The hiring company is a cosmetics brand based in the UAE, known for developing innovative products that combine creativity, personal expression, and contemporary luxury.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain and operations activities in Dubai, with a strong focus on order management, warehouse coordination, tax accuracy, and cross-border logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales order processing and post sales invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a high level of accuracy and timeliness across all regions.
- Use the correct Italian tax codes and apply the appropriate VAT treatment for intra-EU and extra-EU transactions in coordination with the Finance team.
- Oversee day-to-day activities with third-party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound and outbound movement, stock transfers, and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Work closely with Italian and US logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs/compliance teams to manage import paperwork, Incoterms, and duty/VAT handling.
- Track order-to-delivery timelines and identify or remove delays and other bottlenecks across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with Finance to match and reconcile inventory records, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.
Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a closely related discipline, along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally with exposure to Italian and US markets.
Candidates should have practical experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for order handling, invoicing, and inventory management, plus a solid background in international warehouse and 3PL operations, customs documentation, Incoterms, VAT/tax compliance, and import/export workflows.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills are needed, especially in working with finance, sales, and logistics stakeholders. Familiarity with AI and automation tools for process improvement is also expected.
