Role Overview
Greensafe International Pte Ltd is hiring a Student Management Officer in Tampines, Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on student discipline support, record management, and day-to-day supervision to help maintain a safe and orderly school environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee students serving detention or suspension after school.
- Keep detention and suspension logs accurate and up to date.
- Track and follow up with students who do not report for disciplinary action.
- Notify form teachers about students’ detention or suspension attendance.
- Encourage constructive behaviour and help students reintegrate positively.
- Handle students who arrive late in the morning.
- Run the discipline room smoothly and maintain related records, including phone confiscation and attendance.
- Support students in the discipline room and keep teachers and school leaders informed when needed.
- Monitor movement tracking processes, including daily sign-in and sign-out.
- Escalate student concerns to Level Discipline Masters and keep them informed.
- Assist in planning interventions that support behavioural improvement and character development.
- Work with teachers to manage difficult student behaviour and encourage restorative approaches.
- Supervise unstructured periods such as recess and after school to reduce disruptive conduct.
- Take on any additional tasks assigned by the school or reporting line.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Level.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

This position requires close student supervision, consistent documentation, coordination with teachers and school leaders, and support for discipline-related processes.
