• Act as an ambassador of the brand, cultivating strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and partner teams to ensure seamless and outstanding boutique performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in managing luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery, or premium retail boutiques successfully.
• Passion and expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve high standards.
• Proven skills in clienteling with the ability to acquire, retain, and grow loyal clientele.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial insight and consistent achievement of exceptional business results.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from €75,000 to €85,000, in addition to commission and an excellent benefits package. The boutique is located in Dublin, Ireland.
