About Qualcomm and Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our Manufacturing Technicians Group at RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. This role involves providing technical and engineering support to ensure smooth and effective manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing lines to maintain stable and efficient processes.
- Assist in managing production lots that are on hold, facilitating their disposition.
- Participate in qualification and validation activities for new tools, materials, and process modifications.
- Support engineering runs by gathering and analyzing process data.
- Investigate customer returns and help implement corrective and preventive measures to address quality issues.
- Help prepare and update technical documents including work instructions and process setup sheets.
- Perform measurements and basic metrology checks following engineering guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma holder in relevant Engineering fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
- Experience and proficiency with measurement instruments, basic metrology tools, and microscopes.
