About the Role
This position supports the planning and delivery of solar construction work, helping ensure projects are completed on schedule, safely, and to a high standard in line with both internal and international company expectations. The role is focused on building reliable solar systems in an organized, efficient, and quality-driven way.
Solar PV Installation
- Assist with a wide range of tasks required for solar PV installation work.
- Prior familiarity with proper handling of tools, materials, and supplies used on commercial construction sites is an advantage.
- Be prepared to work in demanding site conditions, including extreme heat or cold, dust, fumes, smoke, hazardous materials, and high noise levels.
Solar PV Maintenance
- Provide support to more technical team members during operations and maintenance activities.
- Carry out hands-on tasks when system upgrades or other maintenance work require additional help.
General Electrical Works
- Support electrical assignments under electrical contracts as needed.
- Assist with office electrical tasks and other related work when required.
Candidate Profile
- A background as a high school graduate is required.
- Tesda NC II certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a similar job or field is expected.
- About 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Applicants should be open to being assigned to projects for a set period.
