Job Overview
We are in search of a knowledgeable Site HR Admin & Compliance specialist with over five years of proven expertise. This full-time position requires thorough experience navigating and enforcing CLRA and BOCW regulations at the site level.
Primary Duties
- Manage all human resources administrative activities at the operational site.
- Ensure full adherence to CLRA and BOCW statutory requirements.
- Create and enforce HR policies and protocols.
- Organize and deliver training focused on compliance obligations.
- Partner with management teams to resolve any compliance-related challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years' experience in HR administrative roles.
- Specialized knowledge of CLRA and BOCW regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Capability to function autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
