Site Acquisition Senior Specialist

Overview

The Site Acquisition Senior Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing new sites crucial to the company’s growth plans, ensuring locations are commercially viable and delivered on schedule.

Key Duties

• Actively scout new potential retail sites across designated areas through field assessments.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of opportunities by leveraging field visits, broker relationships, and market insights.
• Capture and document comprehensive site details including photos and videos highlighting location attributes and accessibility.
• Deliver preliminary site and contact reports to Acquisition Managers for in-depth commercial review and decision-making.
• Expand the network of developers, landlords, and market contacts interfacing with the acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in site acquisition, real estate, leasing, or property development.
• Preferably experienced in retail-specific site acquisition and site evaluation.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiations, conducting feasibility analysis, due diligence processes, and landlord relationships.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and commercial lease agreements.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
