Job description
Overview
We are looking for a skilled Shared Services Specialist focused on Government Relations and Fleet Affairs to oversee vehicle-related administrative processes and collaborate with various government bodies and external organizations to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage vehicle accident cases and related follow-up procedures.
- Arrange and monitor accident assessments and evaluations.
- Administer the TAM platform to acquire necessary reports and documentation.
- Oversee the process for issuing and renewing operating cards and permits via the Transport General Authority.
- Manage procedures related to new vehicle registration and documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations (Istimara).
- Coordinate obtaining new vehicle registration documents.
- Handle assorted government relations and administrative formalities efficiently.
- Collaborate with government entities like the Transport General Authority, Traffic Department, hospitals, and Aramco.
- Confirm accurate and punctual completion of all permits, documents, registrations, and approvals required.
- Maintain thorough records of all government-linked documentation and vehicle procedures.
- Work with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues and facilitate prompt transaction completion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Government Relations, fleet management, shared services, or vehicle-related governmental procedures.
- Solid understanding of vehicle registrations, operating permits, accident management, and government platforms.
- Experience interacting with government agencies and external organizations.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Able to juggle multiple transactions and monitor deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant government digital platforms.
