About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer based in Noida. The role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications related to HR processes and integrating them with existing systems.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Document Management, and HR Performance Analytics.
- Handle integrations with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and directory services like Active Directory via LDAPs.
- Utilize Web Services, JDBC, and SFTP for integrations.
- Develop using JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, and CSS for effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Create and manage UI forms, notifications, automation scripts, workflows, service catalog workflows, access control rules (ACLs), and validations.
- Assist with patch and release management for the HRSD module.
Collaboration and Process
- Work jointly with ServiceNow platform administrators and ITSM developers.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and feedback sessions.
- Capture and translate HR business requirements into technical user stories.
- Follow best practices, coding standards, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Conduct unit testing, document work, and support user acceptance testing phases.
- Train HRSD users and administrators on developed modules.
Required Competencies
- Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL principles, and HRSD processes.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM.
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) on ServiceNow platform.

Open to candidates holding Any Graduate degree or B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
