Role Overview
The Service Manager will oversee after-sales service operations for solar inverters, ensuring swift issue resolution and excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves field service activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver after-sales support addressing customer concerns related to solar inverters promptly.
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks on-site for faulty inverter equipment.
- Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to resolve operational and troubleshooting queries.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during field visits and maintain detailed service records.
- Identify potential for service upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
