Key Responsibilities

• Deliver after-sales support addressing customer concerns related to solar inverters promptly.
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks on-site for faulty inverter equipment.
• Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to resolve operational and troubleshooting queries.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols during field visits and maintain detailed service records.
• Identify potential for service upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
