Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to provide specialized technical and maintenance support for foundation construction equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall machines, and hydraulic pile-driving rigs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance on foundation construction machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage activities related to delivery, after-sales inspections, and repairs of new equipment units.
- Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to customers to promptly resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Visit customers regularly to inspect machinery and oversee acceptance and maintenance processes of newly acquired equipment.
- Coordinate availability and sales of spare parts to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose mechanical or technical faults, execute repairs, and replace defective components as needed.
- Assist with rollout of product improvements, technical upgrades, and modification initiatives.
- Prepare and submit timely, detailed service reports and collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams based in China.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in technical service or service management, preferably within the foundation construction machinery sector.
- Be proficient in either English or Arabic for effective communication at work.
- Hold a valid Saudi Arabia driver's license, mandatory for the role.
