Service Engineer - Foundation Construction Machinery

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to provide specialized technical and maintenance support for foundation construction equipment, including rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall machines, and hydraulic pile-driving rigs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on foundation construction machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage activities related to delivery, after-sales inspections, and repairs of new equipment units.
• Provide both on-site and remote technical assistance to customers to promptly resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Visit customers regularly to inspect machinery and oversee acceptance and maintenance processes of newly acquired equipment.
• Coordinate availability and sales of spare parts to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose mechanical or technical faults, execute repairs, and replace defective components as needed.
• Assist with rollout of product improvements, technical upgrades, and modification initiatives.
• Prepare and submit timely, detailed service reports and collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams based in China.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in technical service or service management, preferably within the foundation construction machinery sector.
• Be proficient in either English or Arabic for effective communication at work.
• Hold a valid Saudi Arabia driver's license, mandatory for the role.
